Every job starts with a proper diagnosis. We find the actual cause, explain what we found and what it will take to fix, and only then start the repair. I used Bumble Bee rv repair to come out to look at my non working refrigerator an I asked a lot of questions an they had all the answers, they fixed my refrigerator an also pointed out some leaks I had so I hired them to fix the leaks in my roof an all my slide outs. We called them out because the slideout on our RV stopped working after we'd had a blowout. We were planning on using our camper that weekend so this was highly inconvenient. They diagnosed our issue quickly, but the parts wouldn't have been here until after that weekend. They jury-rigged something up with a Dewalt battery and showed us how to use it to get our slide in and out to function properly enough that we could use our new camper. We really appreciate the time and extra effort you put into fixing that! It was a true pleasure doing business with you and at a great price.
