He ordered a part and returned the next day to install! Randal also inspected and repaired our Blue Ox tow bar. They have a physical location that can handle other types of repairs too! Honest, Expert, and Fair – The Best in Plant City! If you are looking for an RV repair team that actually knows what they’re doing and won’t just guess at your expense, go to Bumblebee RV Repair. I came to Russell and Jessie after another shop charged me $300 for a wrong diagnosis. That shop told me my Norcold circuit board was shot and they couldn't find a replacement. Russell not only found the part immediately for a fair price but also wisely suggested doing his own diagnostic first. I’m so glad he did! It turns out the original shop was completely wrong—the ammonia had crystallized, causing a block in the system. Russell laid out all my options clearly, including the risks of repairing a discontinued brand like Norcold versus the cabinet modifications needed for a different model. Even though I’ve decided to wait until I’m back in Texas to handle the cabinetry work, I am 100% confident in the information Russell gave me. He and Jessie are a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest team who truly strive to help their customers. They saved me from wasting money on a part I didn't need. Highly recommend!

Good Morning. I drag my 35ft Classic Airstream from California to Northern Canada (Ft McMurray) to Orlando, Florida. Some of the roads are not nice. So stuff breaks on my trailer. The broken stuff I save up for Jesse and Randall. So nice when they are happy to work on my Air Conditioning, my door that locks me in or my hot water heater that does not make hot water. RV Awning arm broke. They came out exactly on time. Enabled me to collapse my RV awning and secured it so I could continue homeward. Awesome service, very reasonable, just a downright great individual individual. I highly recommend them for any RV repair or it’s work in the Brandon area.

I must say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had involving a mobile tech service on my RV! I tried calling other local businesses and none were able to respond. One call to bumblebee mobile RV repair and I immediately got in contact with Randall. I described my issue and he automatically knew what happened. Made an appointment and he arrived literally to the minute on time. He quickly diagnosed my AC issue and thank goodness I did not need a whole new unit. With this being our first repair needing to be done, we were so excited to find this company.They are very trustworthy , honest and knowledgeable in the repairs of our fifth wheel. I had a few lingering issues in my toy hauler that I couldn’t figure out. So I was referred to call bumblebee and they came out promptly, on time and professional. Was very honest and fair priced, now my camper is issue free. I will call them again for future issues. PS. I was not upsold on anything, did exactly what they said they were going to do to do.

Definitely a 5 star experience. Was having an electrical issue, contacted Bumblebee. Set an appointment for 4pm same day, and Jessie actually came 2 hours early. She quickly located the issue, educated me on what to look for in the future. Very reasonable prices for a mobile service call, the hourly rate and parts were reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again in the future. These days its difficult to find a combination of quick response as well as more than fair pricing. Family owned and operated as well. I can't say enough great things about Bumblebee Mobile Rv Repair! They were amazing and very knowledgeable. After two very frustrating days (and 4 very expensive batteries) trying to fix our power problem, we called for help. They were able to find the problem in about 20 minutes, and even helped us locate the part we needed. They helped us fix our lights and even did a preventative fix for our roof. Excellent customer service and just great people all around!

I used Bumble Bee rv repair to come out to look at my non working refrigerator an I asked a lot of questions an they had all the answers, they fixed my refrigerator an also pointed out some leaks I had so I hired them to fix the leaks in my roof an all my slide outs. I can’t recommend bumblebee rv repair enough!!! We had a sewer pipe come disconnected from our black tank and was able to get it fixed the day they came out!! It was quite a task due to the location of the repair! I appreciate the hard and dirty work y’all did!!! Five stars on quality of work, honesty, and fair pricing!!!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My repair was an insurance claim. They worked very well with Progressive, making sure they were updated and provided any documentation needed. Randal was professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We called them out because the slideout on our RV stopped working after we'd had a blowout. We were planning on using our camper that weekend so this was highly inconvenient. They diagnosed our issue quickly, but the parts wouldn't have been here until after that weekend. They jury-rigged something up with a Dewalt battery and showed us how to use it to get our slide in and out to function properly enough that we could use our new camper. We really appreciate the time and extra effort you put into fixing that! It was a true pleasure doing business with you and at a great price.

Let me just say, these guys are great! They are very knowledgeable and will walk you through everything they’re going to do. We like to be educated whenever possible with our rv. We were having an electrical issue and ultimately decided to call for help. They were on time and were able to get us up and running very quickly. They were great, they were able to fit me into the schedule on short notice. I’m new to fifth wheel living, so when they finished the first issue they offered to look at anything else that may not be working right or that I had questions about.

They really saved us! Our washer pipe was busted, the bottom of the RV covered in water and my shower was a leaking mess!!! Both fixed, and I couldn't be more pleased. I will be having them back to put in a new toilet, and probably fixed a million other things!!!

We Hired Jessie and Randall for a couple of “minor” jobs for lighting and cable tv.. the cable tv was not so minor…they stayed on that task and tried every option to get the cable tv to work, chasing wires all through our coach and finally figuring it out… They are both very polite, courteous, good communication and definitely know their stuff…I would recommend them any and all RV repairs…
